About PRASHANT
This multi-talented Cornell Graduate and ex- Intel Engineer is a Bollywood Singer, Dance Instructor, and DJ spinning an eclectic mix of International dance music to packed houses nationwide.
He has moved crowds across the U.S. including New York City, Washington D.C., Seattle, and choreographed dance and performed alongside March 4th Marching Band at The Crystal Ballroom and Roseland Theater here in Portland.
About DJ GLOBALRUCKUS
DJ GLOBALRUCKUS will take you to the four corners of the earth on any given night. Hailing from a a remote, mountain region of NE Oregon Kurt has traveled to Australia and lived in Holland.
After running an Indie Rock Label through the mid nineties (Ruckus Records) and traveling the world collecting music, he now brings World Music to people everywhere he goes.
About SOMEDAY LOUNGE
Denoted only by the statement “Viva l’Arte” as signage, this young space caters to art of all kinds: live music, performance and installation art, DJs and a surprising array of vegetarian gastronomy. In addition to the edgy mix of entertainment, a selection of good, stiff drinks and a relaxed loft atmosphere await visitors. The crowd harmoniously mixes PSU students and avant-garde gallery sets on any given night. Get there between 4-8pm for appetizer and cocktail specials. Nightly shows (usually with a modest cover) don’t begin until 9pm. The kitchen and bar are both open late. – Marie Richie
Hi Prashant,
I spoke with you this morning regarding an event July 10th. You are booked that day and Dr. Ravuri wanted me to check if you have available on July 11th.
His function is a fund raiser for our local low income community health center which he is medical director for. His theme is East meets West and his family will be visiting from India. He is having both American and Indian food catered and thinks the physicians here would love and introduction to Indian music and dance.
If you are open, could you please email me what the cost would be and what services you provide?
Thanks,
Alexis Weston
