Please contact the Kids Care directly. Please refer to Org -”Taraang” and Event- “Valentine’s Day Dinner and Dance 2014″ to get waiver on membership fee when making reservations.

Families may make reservations starting on Monday, january 6th.

Kids care will require a $25 deposit to make a reservation. The deposit of $25/- will apply to Kids care charges on the February 14th during check out.

Families will also need to fill out a registration form when they drop off their kids.

Number of spots reserved for the event and prices are mentioned below. Adventure Kids care will hold these spots until February 7th. Any remaining spots will be released to general public after Feb 7th

Infant (6 weeks to 12 months) – 2 spots $14/hour
Toddler (1 year to 30 months) – 2 spots $14/hour for children 18 months and younger, $12/hour for children 18 months and older)
Pre-school (30 months to 4 years) – 7 spots $12/hour; if a sibling $8/hour
School-age (5 years to 12 years) – 10 spots $12/hour; if a sibling $8/hour

Child Care cancellation policy- Any reservation can be cancelled for a full refund up until Friday, Feb 7th. After the 7th if a family chooses to cancel, the deposit will NOT be refunded.
