As thrilled as we are (& we are very thrilled) to return to the emerald city, we also want this to be as safe a celebration as possible so masks will be absolutely mandatory to wear at all times.

We may not be able to see your beautiful faces but sure do hope you’ll be smiling throughout the night at the most joyful Bollywood party in the US.

We are asking for your help to keep this celebration as safe as possible for all in the community during this time. Please read & understand these guidelines which will be strictly enforced:

➳ Bring US-based state-issued ID or original passport (not a copy)

➳ Vaccination proof (copy OK) or negative RT-PCR test still required to enter

➳ Bring your own Mask to enter the venue

➳ Wear your Mask AT ALL TIMES (except when actively drinking)

➳ Wear your mask on the dance floor

➳ Wear your mask when ordering drinks

➳ Wear your mask readily if a venue staff reminds you to do so

➳ Co-operate & work with venue staff to keep this gathering safe for all

➳ There will be hourly announcements about Mask wearing if needed

Everyone from the DJs, Performers, to the venue staff will be masked up at all times, we’d love for each one of you to join us in keeping this party safe & fun for all. If the above guidelines are not followed at the party, we will be left with no choice but to stop the music and end the show prematurely.

His effervescent personality & charisma instantly strike a chord with audiences of all ages & backgrounds. Prashant regularly performs across the United States moving masses to an interactive open format DJ set featuring an irresistible blend of the world’s greatest dance music.The interactive dance lessons cleverly disguised in his performance compel everybody to rock the dance floor, transforming any dance party into a full-fledged Bollywood musical within minutes.

LAKSHAY:

An engineer by profession, Lakshay has been pursuing his passion for DJing since his college days, spinning for private events in Delhi back in India.

With an ear for Bollywood, Bhangra and House music, this guy from Punjab is sure to keep you moving on the dance floor with his high energy sets, all night long.

ZNI INTERNATIONAL

Given the Shona name, Ziyanai Ziyai Maunganidze Maraire which means, “to know each other, bring together and spread wisdom” in his family’s native Zimbabwean tongue, the entertainer known as ZNi International, is living up to his namesake as he creates infectious feel-good music to captivate and spread good vibes to audiences worldwide.

With songs like “Satisfy” and “Nobody” under his belt, the artist has proven he is a force to be reckoned with and continues to challenge himself to create music for all.

In addition to releasing multiple projects of his own, the musician has garnered several producer credits to his name having partnered with brands including Well Being Trust, adidas, T-Mobile, Microsoft and more.

One of his earlier tracks “Beastmode,” featuring. Vanguards was featured on MTV’s “The Challenge” as well as in T-Mobile’s Motorolla Campaign for the Moto Z phone.

Creating a safe & celebratory space is our number one priority at every event we host.

And we would love for you to be an accomplice of mine by greeting & treating everyone like you would like to be treated. With equality, mutual respect, and a big smile.

We know this does not apply to you because you are awesome but for the other people to whom it may be relevant, we have zero tolerance for bigotry, racist remarks, and generally reckless behavior including but not limited to fighting, inappropriate touch, etc.

Anyone found engaging in such behavior will be thrown out at once & may never be able to attend our dance parties again.

If you see something, say something by bringing it to the attention of the venue staff or me directly.

Prashant moved to the US from India in 2003 for graduate school at Cornell University and started DJing, teaching dance + hosting events after quitting a full-time job at Intel back in 2009.

Since then, he has traveled regularly across the west coast, Denver, and New Orleans putting on MAD AWESOME dance parties creating and fostering communities centered around celebrating world music & dance with a focus on South Asian culture.

We started Bollywood nights in Seattle back in 2010. From 2011-2013 we held a monthly party at the iconic Chop Suey nightclub in Capitol Hill. Since 2014, we have been hosting a popping regular party at Nectar Lounge in the Fremont neighborhood.
