Welcome to those who are new to our events, you couldn’t have picked a better one to start with. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported Bollywood-Bhangra focused Jai Ho! Dance Party since January 2010 & embraced our new party Dance United which aims to unite various musical genres & cultures on the dance floor.
For our very first ‘Dance United Cruise’ we are thrilled to bring it all together under one roof, one yacht actually. There is something for everyone to enjoy with 6 world music DJs, 3 dance floors & an outdoor patio with an unparalleled view of Portland’s skyline!

Dance United:
A global bass dance party dedicated to unity & featuring music from across the world. Founded in 2016 by an immigrant & an engineer turned DJ, Prashant – Dance United brings musicians & DJs together for a night celebrating our unity in diversity.

Throughout his entire life; Arthy Villegas, better-known as Monkarch, has always had a burning passion for music and helping his community thrive. In 2017 Monkarch/ Arthy debuted as a resident DJ for the Latin-Electronic collective Global Based. Monkarch continues to actively work side by side with fellow local artists to bring innovative ideas to the local Oregon scene and is currently working on new entertaining projects for next year.
DJ Onder (Turkish)
A world traveler and party maker, Onder loves to enjoy having fun with people! Every culture has different tastes and he loves to learn about all of them. Onder is excited to bring the music and dance from Turkey to Dance United. Sharing the spirit is the key, and having happy people in life is his goal!
