What started in 2011 as a choreography to a mashup of a Bollywood wedding song with Michael Jackson’s Thriller has transformed into a Halloween time sub-culture over the years.
Now in its 12th year, DJ Prashant’s iconic Halloween Costume Party in Portland is NOT to be missed.
